Product Development & Design Process

At SPACEDRAGON TATTOO / CREDITECH MED, we follow a structured and engineering-driven product development process to transform customer ideas into stable, manufacturable tattoo cartridge products.

Our design and development workflow is divided into five key stages:

1. Concept & Creative Development

Every project begins with an idea.

At this stage, we work closely with customers to understand:

Product concept and positioning
Target tattoo style (Fine Line, Traditional, PMU, etc.)
Functional requirements
Market expectations
Branding direction

This phase focuses on turning abstract ideas into clear technical direction.

2. Drawing & Visual Rendering

Once the concept is confirmed, our design team develops:

Technical drawings
Structural layouts
Internal mechanism design
Product appearance design
Visual renderings for presentation

This stage ensures both aesthetics and engineering feasibility are aligned before development begins.

3. 3D Prototyping & Engineering Validation

We convert design concepts into precise 3D models for engineering verification.

This includes:

Cartridge structure simulation
Needle alignment analysis
Ink flow path evaluation
Material compatibility check
Assembly feasibility testing

3D modeling helps identify and solve potential issues before physical sampling.

4. Physical Sampling & Testing

After 3D approval, we produce physical samples for real-world evaluation.

Customers can test:

Needle performance and stability
Ink flow consistency
Penetration smoothness
Membrane system reliability
Assembly quality and feel

Feedback from this stage is used for final optimization before mass production.

5. Mass Production & Quality Control

Once samples are approved, the product enters full-scale production under our Quality Management System.

Each batch is controlled through:

Incoming material inspection
In-process quality control
Final product inspection
Batch traceability system
EO sterilization (if required)
Final packaging verification

This ensures every product maintains consistent quality from first batch to long-term production.
