- Applicants must provide detailed specifications and artwork files for customization requests.

2.  Design Process:
- Customization requests can be submitted through our website or by contacting our dedicated customization team.
- Our team will review the provided specifications and artwork files to assess feasibility and provide a quote.
- Once the quote is approved and payment is processed, the customization process will commence.

3.  Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs):
- Minimum order quantities may apply to customized products and will be specified in the quote provided by our team.
- MOQs are determined based on production requirements and are non-negotiable.

4.  Pricing and Payment:
- Customization pricing is determined based on factors such as complexity, quantity, and materials used.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required upfront to initiate the customization process.
- Full payment is required before production begins, with payment accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

5.  Design Approval:
- Customers will receive digital proofs of the customized design for approval before production begins.
- Any requested revisions must be communicated promptly, as production will not proceed until final approval is obtained.

6.  Production and Lead Times:
- Production lead times for customized products vary depending on factors such as complexity and order volume.
- Customers will be provided with an estimated production timeline upon approval of the customization request.

7.  Shipping and Handling:
- Customized orders are shipped via reliable carriers, with shipping costs calculated based on order weight and destination.
- Customers may request expedited shipping for an additional fee.

8.  Returns and Exchanges:
- Customized products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers must notify SpaceDragon Tattoo Supply of any issues with their customized order within seven (7) days of receipt.
